I offer both birth and postpartum care. Because of the uncertainty of time frames of births and prenatal care, birth doula services are charged as a package rate. Postpartum care is charged at an hourly rate. I also offer additional appointments and classes that can address space, balance and flow within the body in preparation for birth.

Birth Doula Package

3 prenatal visits to answer questions and concerns, get to know each other and discuss your birth
Labor preparation and support
Assistance with birth preparation sheet and postpartum sanctuary plan
On call service for birth day and support through all stages of labor
Labor assistance using massage, visualizations, movement, breath and counter pressure
Assisting in the inclusion of the birthing persons partner in labor support
Birth photos taken on request

Body Ready Method Birth Prep

On-call messaging support to make sure you understand the tools we discussed, to address any new developments within your body and to support your pregnancy.

Body Balancing Appointment

This appointment uses Body Ready Method techniques to address any imbalances or blockages within the body and mind in order to help labor progress, help facilitate an induction or prepare for birth.

This appointment can be beneficial for people who are in an induction, experiencing prodromal labor or are approaching/after their due date.

Postpartum

Day or night support depending on availability (minimum 4 hour shift during the day and 8 hours at night)
1 prenatal visit in your home to discuss setting up your postpartum sanctuary, get they of the land in your home and for us to bond

Light food prep
Postpartum recovery support for birth parent
Expert advice and tips on baby care
Education tailored to your family’s needs and parenting style
Nighttime support is focused on optimizing care so parents can rest
Daytime support is beneficial for rest too, but can also an opportunity for parents to learn more about infant care strategies
I offer support and care of other children within the household so parents can bond with newborn
Light errands and dog walking

Daytime rate is $55 an hour

Nighttime rate is $65 an hour
